in tHe miDst of Pre-mensTrual syNdrome

Some part of me is missing. Or not. But it seems incomplete.

Went out with one of my oldest friend. Talked about our relationships and work.

She said her then boyfriend had 'no sense of urgency in solat'.

That got me thinking.

I'm a muslim. But I'm not pious. I'm not very good. But I'm decent. Nuff said.

A healthy relationship. Does it exist? Seems too good to be true. According to her, it is possible.

No holding hands, not even saying the L word. *LoVe*

-= Yus, can we start over?? =-

=O

Last Thursday, which was the last working day before Hari Raya, I went to Sekolah Sin Min for school program (meaning screening and treatment for secondary school children). Then as I came back to the klinik at 12.30 pm, I was surprised for I have received an aidilfitri card from a patient! It was totally unexpected. My patient, a chinese lady whom I have treated for denture gave the card to me.

The card reads:
To Dr Amilia and all muslim staff.
Selamat hari raya n thank you very much Dr!

It really really made my day! Thank you Puan Tan Siew Poh =)

SeLamaT haRi Raya!

It feels weird today that I had to come to work when it's only the 3rd day of Hari Raya. Usually I would be at home, helping my mom prepare food for guests or we ourselves go visit some relatives or friends.

I feel relaxed today. Patients are not many. As of now, at 3.40pm I've treated around 14 patients for the day.

The only problem is my stomach. Doesn't feel so good. Kind of bloated but I'm not sure of the cause. Maybe it's due to the endless eating of ketupat during the 1st and 2nd day of raya, or am I about to have menstruation of the month?
